The Champions Cup Hosted by the Regional Football Associations The RFA Champions Cup, known simply as the Cup, is an annual continental club football competition organised by the Regional Football Associations (RFA) and contested by top-division Regional clubs. It is one of the most prestigious tournaments in the world and the most prestigious club competition in Regional football, played by the national league champion (and, for some nations, one or more runners-up) of each RFA national association. Basically, what you do is reply to the thread and give me two football teams, and what you want your football team name to be and once I gather enough names I'll but them in a simulation (so that it's fair). The winners don't really gain anything except a large cash prize (for your nations team) and prestige/fame. It might up tourism in your country, which helps your economy.

Matchday One
GROUP A
BA FC vs Gales FC / A dramatic draw! Gaels FC took the lead early in the first half with a stunning volley being scored at the ninteenth minute. All was quiet up until the 88th minute however when Biendiosan Athen FC scored a dramatic header to equalize the game. (Score 1-1) (+1 to both teams)
CML Athletic vs Hellenia Athletic / The whole first half was nothing but pass abouts, a rather lackluster and boring display. However, at the start of the second half CML Athletic went forward one nil in a blitzkrieg into Hellenia's defense, which was followed by another a mere five minutes after the first. Eleven minutes later Hellenia got one back, scoring - the game was brought to life after that, the stadium bouncing with the screams and cheers of supporters on both sides. Although there was many chances on both sides, CML couldn't get a goal ahead and Hellenia couldn't get a goal back. An amazing game and a great way to start off the tournament. (Score 2-1) (+3 to CML Athletic)
GROUP B
Valvichi Raptors vs Vesnian Boys / The game was kicked off to a rapid start, with the Valvichi immediately attacking the Vesnian Boys' defense at kickoff. A powerful shot was hit just outside the box, landing bang in the top right corner of the net. The Valvichians then changed their tactics to a "park-the-bus" type of defense, which proved too much for the Vesnian attackers. (Score 1-0) (+3 to Valvichi Raptors)
Papal FC vs Listen Trouts / The Listen Trouts played football that was clearly out of the league of Papal FC, moving the ball around nicely in a Spanish style of passing. The first goal was earned on the eleventh minute, after a display of class passing led to the build up of a slow attack - the Trouts used their wingers to push in to cross it into the box to score a powerful header which was too fast for the goalkeeper to even react. The Trouts remained on the attack until half time, though unfortunately they couldn't put the ball in the back of the net. This changed after half time, however, as the Trouts continued to be on the attack, securing their second goal on the sixty-seventh minute after a freekick outside the box was placed into the back of the net. The Trouts then secured ANOTHER goal on the eighty-first minute after they earned ANOTHER freekick outside the Papal box - which they placed into the top-right corner. As the game kicked off again, the Papal striker managed to completely break through the Trouts midfield and defense, only to be brought down in the box - which earned them a penalty that they easily put away, ending the Trouts chance at a cleansheet. (Score 1-3) (+3 to Listen Trouts)
GROUP C
Snow Low FC vs Walff Imperialists / The first thirty minutes of the game was a rather boring one, with both sides not making much attacks - though that soon changed when - after a Snow Low attack - the Imperialists went on the counter effensive, pushing down the wings and crossing it into the box for a header to be drilled into the back of the net. After the game kicked off again, Snow Low FC played a high pressure game, until the fourty-fifth minute when just before half-time, they completely broke down the Walff midfield and defense and made their way into the box for a cheeky passback to be slotted into the back of the net. After halftime the game was full of chances, with each times not quite being able to put them away. (Score 1-1) (+1 to both teams)
Gods' Hand FC vs Celts' Athletic / From the start the Celts' played high pressure football and a game of possession, not letting the Gods' Hand players even touch the ball - passing it around the back and luring their midfield forward before hitting it up - they did this until halftime, but it seemed to be in vain. Then at the second half the Celts' launched an immediate attack, using their wingers to push forward and then playing a lob ball. They did this twice until the fifty-third minute when they were finally able to get it into the box and put away a smashing volley into the bottom left of the net. Not much happened after, the Celts' played a defensive game and the Gods' Hand forwards were unable to break the defense. (Score 0-1) (+3 to Celts' Athletic)
GROUP D
Tyr Dragonflys vs Impor FC / A dramatic game; the Tyr Dragonflys took the lead in the first minute of the game with an attack that completely stunned the Impor FC players. The Dragonflys played defensively for the rest of the half. It didn't do them any good in the second, with the Impor FC players taking their revenge with an attack much like the Dragonflys' that completely stunned and earn them a goal. Their celebrations were shortlived however as the Dragonflys took the lead three minutes later with a penalty. The Dragonflys were then on the defensive the rest of the game, the Impor FC attacking as much as they could; fortunately for the Dragonflys their defense did not breal. (Score 2-1) (+3 to Tyr Dragonflys)
Handout FC vs Brattenbergs Best / Handout FC took the lead in the thirty-seventh minute, leading the Brattenbergians into despair. This didn't have any effect in the secondhalf though, with them taking the lead in the fifty-fifth minute. The game was equal up until extra time when the Brattenbergs took the lead in the ninety-third minute, the game ending a minute later. (Score 1-2) (+3 points to Brattenbergs Best)

Matchday 2
Scores
GROUP A
BA FC vs CML Athletic / A rather boring first half was turned around in the second half, with CML Athletic taking the lead on the sixty-eight minute. That didn't deter the Biendosians as they continued to push for an opening. On the 90th minute they finally got it, crossing the ball into the box to score a last minute equalizer. The stadium erupted in cheers and the supporting cries of the home team. (Score 1-1) (+1 to both teams)
Hellenia Athletic vs Gaels FC / Hellenia took an early lead on the fourteenth minute, then immediately went on the defensive. They held their ground for the rest of the game, a rather poor display by Gaels FC on the attack. (Score 1-0) (+3 to Hellenia Athletic)
GROUP B
Vesnian Boys vs Papal FC / The Vesnian Boys back on homeground completely abolished their poor morale and dominated the game up - even scoring their first goal on the twenty-sixth minute. They continued to dominate all throughout the game, completely outclassing their opponents. They scored two more goals in the second half, one on the eightith minute and the other in extra-time. (Score 3-0) (+3 to Vesnian Boys)
Listen Trouts vs Valvichi Raptors / A rather boring first half with most of the football being played in passing it around the back, this lasted past the second half up until the 78th minute where the Valvichi Raptors launched a surprise attack on the Trouts' midfield and defense, their strike banging one in from just outside the box. The Valvichians kept their attack up until the game ended. (Score 0-1) (+3 to Valvichi Raptors)
GROUP C
Walff Imperialists vs Gods' Hand FC / The game was secured in the first half for the Imperialists, scoring two goals in the 24th and 37th minute. They held their lead defensively through the second half, the Gods Hand players not being able to break the defense. (Score 2-0) (+3 to Walff Imperialists)
Celts' Athletic vs Snow Low FC / An exciting game! Snow Low FC took the early lead in the ninth minute, causing the Celts' to unleash a wave of attacking football against their defense - which finally paid off in the twenty-fifth minute as they scored an equalizer. Constant chances even into the second half, with Snow Low FC taking the lead two minutes after kickoff. The Celts kept on the attack, but unfortunately were unable to break the hardy Snow Low defense. (Score 1-2) (+3 to Snow Low FC)
GROUP D
Impor FC vs Handout FC / Another dramatic game! Handout FC took the early lead, scoring on the 7th minute - unfortunately their celebrations were shortlived as the Imporians launched an attack on them and scored a mere two minutes later! The constant back and forth of attack and defense lasted up until the 72nd minute, when Handout FC took the lead again! Impor was having none of this though, scoring an equalizer 7 minutes later! Game finished! (Score 2-2) (+1 to both teams)
Brattenbergs Best vs Tyr Dragonflys / Brattenbergs Best completely out-classed the Tyr Dragonflys this game, securing their first goal ten minutes in. The Tyr Dragonflys managed to equalize in the 22nd minute - then being completely on the defense for the remainder of the first half and up until the rest of the second half. In the second half Brattenbergs Best managed to go one ahead in the 62nd minute - finally getting another goal in the 89th minute. (Score 3-1) (+3 to Brattenbergs Best)
