Rules
1. Use common sense - if you feel something may be controversial, bring it up with one of the mods or do not use it at all.
2. Try to be realistic - remember this is the 1800's.
3. Be nice.
4. Population is determined by staff. Just ask.
5. Don't try to power game.
6. Remember not everything is about war. Be diplomatic!
7. IC is IC, and therefore alliances/trade deals and anything else must be announced in the RMB and discussed through telegraphs.
8. Remember there's consequences 4 every action.
