Seems pretty advanced for 1910, but I have no objections. Mostly because of your geographical position. Imperialism might work best, though.

a very liberal idea!! but free trade is IMPORTANT. is gaulica french?? They are Gauls. They have some germanic influence but not a whole lot, very much retaining their tribal identity from many years long past. |
