The Republic of Finlanavia's helicopter, a Mil Mi-26, lands on the carrier. Their diplomat steps out, Antti Raanta.
He writes down his own terms.
1. The Republic will turn over their prisoners, as asked.
2. Finlanavia will pay Markaa's as retribution for war, along with foreign aid.
3. The Federal Republic will return the contested territory taken. In return, the Republic will recognize the FRF as a true nation, and will lift any embargoes and sanctions.
4. The FRF respond to the Finlanavian school bombing, carried out by FRF soldiers, on February 21st, 1980.

He shook his head defiently toward the Finlanavian's diplomatic envoy, his expression growing into that of annoyance - not quite anger, as if he was playing with a child. "Is this a joke?" - he scoffed, righting down his own counteroffer. It had simply read; '1. The unconditional surrender of the Republic of Finlanavia.' The Prime Minister began to speak now, "You stole our nation from us and murdered our troops in a violent, bloody and borderline illegal revolt - you ruined this nations economy and infrastructure and prostituted us out to the liberal minority. You can accept this peace offer or expect a hellfire to rain down upon you and your banana republic, the likes of which have never been seen before on this Earth. And should you deny, we will fight until the very end, until the last man; until our last drop of ammunition has been drained in a sense of defiance; in the very truest sense of the word." |

Constitutional Monarchy of Franquebec
Shortly after the election of liberal Prime Minister Alexandre Toutont, it was reported by Fennoscandinavian media and by Finlanavian soldiers concerning the movement of CF-18 bombers within the first contested area, while peace talks were underway. While no bombs were dropped, FNBN, Franquebec's state-sponsored media, released an excerpt of the Prime Minister publicly criticizing Finlanavia's government. "Clearly the-- Finlanavia is not interested in diplomacy, especially after blatantly insulting what we stand for."

The Finlanavian Diplomat would simply remain calm in the face of anger. Reading over the paper, he would speak.
"You say we murder your troops."
"Have you forgotten the 35 children your men bombed. The hundreds more you paralyzed for life?"
"You realize what your government is, correct? Why we revolted against it"
"I lost my entire family to the FRF regime. Because of their religion. I lost friends because of their ethnicity."
The diplomat writes a new set of terms.
1. Finlanavia will recognize the nation of Fennoscandanavia, and will lift all economic sanctions and embargoes. They will also pay a sum of up to 25 billions Markaas, and will provide foreign aid.
2. The FRF will respond to the school bombing, judicially.
3. The contested territory will be returned to the Republic of Finlanavia - Finlanavia will pay 4.5 billion Markaas in return for damages and deaths.

Walff's Blitzkrieg Begins!
With the 'Espee d' Arturia' and it's Group centered on the peace conference the remainder of the training force mobilizes across the Northern Republic's border with the Unclaimed Regions. Bomber jets fly ahead of the main assault and begin peppering critical infrastructure with High Explosive ordinance with incredible accuracy, it seems the training in the North was a rehearsal for the real invasion. Fighters accompany the initial bombing runs, they engage any aircraft that approaches the first wave of Bombers. Attack Helicopters fly low across the Republic's land quickly attempting to destroy any long range SAM-sites that may threaten the incoming aerial onslaught, those who are unable to locate any threatening AA positions begin attacking any vehicle and supply convoys heading for the front line.
Infantry carriers, tanks, and mobile anti-aircraft cannons charge quickly across the border, through fields and towns engaging anyone in their path. Any fortified positions are softened by the mobile artillery from across the border who begin to shell pre-targeted locations night and day. The reservists who were brought from the homeland to train in the North are quickly deployed to provide logistic support, they create supply routes and set up mobile hospitals for soldiers and civilians, effectively connecting the Walff invasion to the 'Training Facilities' and supply ships placed farther north beyond the border. As Walff progresses further into Republic territory Walff Soldiers begin occupying towns and setting up refugee camps outside of combat zones clearly marked with white flags and crosses without armed soldiers.
The heated intervention begins.

Republic of Finlanavia
As the Republic is attacked from the Empire of Walff, the defense of the Republic of Finlanavia put up a bloody fight.
The defense forces will fight to the last man, it seems.
Meanwhile, back on the Walff carrier, peace talks continue. Raanta proposes a different treaty. The two diplomats are oblivious to the conflict that has just commenced.
1. Finlanavia and Fennoscandanavia unite, forming a new republic ; The Republic of Fennoscandanavia
2. Government elections will be held to elect a new leader (I'll do this, not you.)
As the diplomat of Finlanavia is speaking, he receives a message from his aide.
"Sir...Walff has launched an offensive against us..."
Diplomat Raanta nods, then slides the telegram received from his aide to the FRF diplomat.
"What now. Do we unite against these...*the diplomat leans towards the FRF diplomat* Walff soldiers"
"Or do we continue these petty border disputes.?"

The unlawful, unwarranted, and completely unfathomable invasion of the Northern Continent has led to our government to reprehend the Empire of Walff for what should have been a diplomatic exchange in restoring democracy. We urge the international assembly to restore the faith of negotiations to a true neutral party who understands that bloodshed and diplomacy does not mix. This invasion was clearly pre-meditated and we were wrong to invest our trust into what we believed to be a faithful government. How can one stoop so low as to fake peace talks in order to mask a clandestine onslaught, furthermore, having no justification for military involvement in the Northern Continent other than what seems to be installing an overseas presence. I also urge this assembly to charge Brewer as a war criminal as soon as possible for attacking after surrender and unprovoked invasion.
Even I cannot trust who I once thought was an ally.

As the assault beings. New Order scouts will watching and reporting back to their HQ, which is within Finlanavia lands. The New Order will avoid all conflict. Also the New Order has installed refugee camps for all refugees/citizens within Finlanavia/Fenno lands. The camps are large filled with people of sorts and with food and essential needs. With non-hostile armed all black guards. There would be a flag to identify the camps. The flag would the Republic of EZIC. Although highly unusual for an organization such the New Order.

United Cubonia
Cubonians everywhere were appalled at the news of the sudden Walff offensive, the Imperial Congresson filled with heated shouting and yelling as the 36th, 45th, and 78th Infantry Division mobilized quickly in response as a QRF if Congress votes to approve war, which will then be taken to the Emperor himself who will resume command of the offensive. The Infantry divisions will be backed by the 2nd and 3rd Artillery Battalion. Meanwhile on the southern base, pilots scramble into the fighter jets in preparation for first contact, defenses being locked down as several divisions of mobilized AA move to a DMZ to be established at the South East border to prepare for a counter push.
The First and Fourth fleet begin to mobilize on the Northern Sea, ready to engage the enemy navally in order to clear a way for the Carrier to begin inland bombings.
The nation itself formally condemned and begin to construct future sanctions to be placed on the nation, such clear crimes against the international community brought up deep concerns about future relations concerning Walff.

The Finlanavian people would be totally against the Walff offensive. Using guerilla style tactics, laying mines, IEDs and traps, and destroying roads, the Defense forces and guerilla forces inhibit the Walff advance.
Meanwhile, the diplomat stationed upon the Walff carrier has decided to end peace talks, with one last simple request.
1. Peace between the FRF and Finlanavia.
Back in the Republic of Finlanavia, the Finlanavian high command meets with the Cubonian military, united in a joint defensive attack to push back the Walff invaders.
"Strange. The enemy of my enemy is my friend."

The New Order
Seeing that Walff is a threat to the organisation. The New Order shall being to operations to combat Walff. Due to the long periods of being in Finlanavia without being disturbed. The New Order has already mobilize it's insurgents and such. Also the New Order large refugee camps will help with spotting Walff forces and will help grain large influence within Finlanavia.

The Republic has seen fit to begin assisting, temporarily, the EZIC insurgency. They see this as a way to help repel the Walff invasion force. With Cubonia far off shore and Franquebec maintain a neutral stance, Finlanavia turns to its only choice.
Rather than die without a chance, the Finlanavian's would rather die WITH a chance.
