Franquebec and Talamh Dair will end its sanctions on the Central Corvusian Trade Network, and all participant nations will end their own sanctions on Franquebec and Talamh Dair.

Franquebec and Talamh Dair will be permitted access through the straits.

Franquebec and Talamh Dair will reduce all normal tariffs and severely reduce its tariffs on strategic goods for CCTO nations. As long as these tariffs remain competitive, the CCTO will reduce its port tariffs for Franquebec and Talamh Dair.

The CCTO will agree not to further contest the nationhood of Chernovrosk so long as Istanvania, once it has reached a state that participating nations agree is favorable, will be provided with recovery aid for damages received during the war.

Under the understanding that it is Walffs intention to be returning its POWs without any demands, the participating nations will agree to lay to rest any issue stemming from the behavior of either Walff or Franquebec and Talamh Dair.
